Penggunaan Creator Kit
Dengan membeli atau menggunakan produk Creator Kit, Anda menyetujui ketentuan ini dan ketentuan khusus pada halaman produk.
Akun, akses, dan perangkat
Akses diberikan per akun untuk penggunaan pribadi pada maksimal dua perangkat milik pengguna, kecuali dinyatakan berbeda. Paket berjangka dibayar satu kali dan tidak diperpanjang otomatis. Aktivasi dapat diproses manual setelah pembayaran terverifikasi. Saat masa akses berakhir, aplikasi dapat terkunci sampai diperpanjang.
Tanggung jawab pengguna
- Menjaga keamanan akun, license key, API key, dan perangkat.
- Memeriksa hasil sebelum dipublikasikan atau dikirim ke marketplace.
- Memiliki hak yang diperlukan atas file dan konten yang diproses.
- Mematuhi ketentuan platform, marketplace, provider AI, dan hukum yang berlaku.
Larangan
Dilarang membagikan, menjual ulang, membongkar untuk menghindari lisensi, menyalahgunakan otomatisasi, melanggar hak pihak lain, atau memakai produk untuk aktivitas ilegal.
Ketersediaan dan perubahan
Produk dapat bergantung pada sistem operasi, Adobe, browser, API, provider AI, atau marketplace pihak ketiga. Perubahan pihak ketiga dapat memengaruhi fungsi. Kami berupaya memperbaiki produk, tetapi tidak menjamin kompatibilitas tanpa batas, uptime sempurna, hasil AI tertentu, pendapatan, atau penerimaan marketplace.
Pembatasan
Sejauh diizinkan hukum, tanggung jawab Grafisify dibatasi pada nilai yang dibayarkan untuk paket terkait. Ketentuan refund berlaku terpisah.

Using Creator Kit
By purchasing or using a Creator Kit product, you agree to these terms and any product-specific terms shown on its page.
Accounts, access, and devices
Access is granted per account for personal use on up to two user-owned devices unless stated otherwise. Time-based packages are one-time payments and do not auto-renew. Activation may be provisioned manually after verified payment. The application may lock when access expires until renewed.
User responsibilities
- Protect accounts, license keys, API keys, and devices.
- Review outputs before publishing or marketplace submission.
- Hold the necessary rights to processed files and content.
- Follow applicable platform, marketplace, AI provider, and legal rules.
Prohibited conduct
Do not share or resell access, bypass licensing, misuse automation, infringe third-party rights, or use the products for unlawful activity.
Availability and changes
Products may depend on operating systems, Adobe, browsers, APIs, AI providers, or third-party marketplaces. Third-party changes can affect functionality. We work to maintain products but do not guarantee unlimited compatibility, perfect uptime, specific AI results, revenue, or marketplace acceptance.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Grafisify’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant package. The separate refund policy applies.
